Persons utilizing this service will have their questions and concerns discussed. In addition, the Dr. may make recommendations for therapeutic supplements for your consideration and use.

We have provided  a Health Questionnaire for you.  By sharing your health history, our Doctor will have the background information needed to provide you the supplements recommendations that you are requesting.
