Without healthy bodies one is limited in his/her service for God. The Holy Spriit has one vehicle in which to travel, that being the bodies of Christians. The struggle to attain and maintain optimum health is a continual daily battle for our bodies. Without quality nutritional support these goals are virtually unreachable. The philosophy that God gave each a body that is unique in itself, with individual needs that only each body can determine, makes one's choice of nutrition even more important. Health Evangelism Services is dedictated to the task of educating it's readers and to supplying those quality nutritional food s upplements that your body might use and from which you may choose.
Your education on changes in lifestyle that can make a difference for you is very important to us. We have included articles on this page that give specific information about various areas of health concern that we see in our client base.

BLOOD SUGAR HEALTH
Type II or adult onset diabetes has become one of the most serious health problems in America. It was thought by most, years ago, that diabetes was an inherited disease or was passed on from family to family. However, most "Health" practitioners today would be more inclined to call it a nutritional deficiency/dietary problem, and a product of dietary indiscretion. I’m not sure that many with a family history of Type II Diabetes are not more susceptible, but we are experiencing far more cases of its development in those who have no known history of diabetes in their family tree then ever before today. The truth is, the diagnosis of DM Type II is almost epidemic proportions according to the American Diabetes Association’s 1996 annual report. By conservative estimates, there were approximately 5.5 million Type II diabetics under treatment, approximately 5 million untreated Type II diabetics, and another 20 million adults who had impaired glucose tolerance that could lead to Type II diabetes (pre-diabetic).
I will not discuss what those who already have Type II DM ought to do, since they have no choice, but to seek medical care and to be followed closely by a licensed medical specialist. No one has to remind us of all the secondary effects of uncontrolled blood sugar and the chronic degenerative diseases connected with diabetes. (Diabetic Retinopathy—blindness, Diabetic Nephropathy---kidney failure, Diabetic Neuropathy---numbness or loss of feeling in the extremities, Diabetic cardiovascular disease---loss of circulation in the extremities, etc.) However, if we could somehow make some lifestyle changes to prevent and/or postpone the development of Type II diabetes mellitus, I believe that it would be a benefit to many needy Americans.
Many in the Diabetes field believe that most blood sugar problems involve more than one cause, and more than one organ system of the body. Since we are all genetically, environmentally, and emotionally different, it may be that no two individuals have exactly the same cause or even the same disease, even though we may have similar symptoms. If we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 KJB), then perhaps each body could better keep itself well if it had the opportunity to do so. I know that most would prefer a pill, an instant fix and/or someone else to care for their problems, but when it comes to "Health" that is usually not possible. Those who would be optimum in their health will have to take some responsibility for that health. Blood sugar and/or the digestion and metabolism of carbohydrates and/or sugars by our bodies is no exception.
Every carbohydrate and/or sugar that we eat must be digested and broken down to glucose by our organs of digestion. This would include our digestive tract, our pancreas, and our liver. Thus health and vitality of these organs is vitally important. The variables that affect these organs would also seem to have a bearing on the proper delivery of glucose to the cells of our bodies for energy. (I would ask those in the health and science field to forgive me for the oversimplification of a very complex process in this article.) Such things as stress, the types of carbohydrates and sugars that we consume, the chewing of the foods, the combining of those foods, the circulation of that individual to and from each cell of the body, the nutrients supplied to the organs involved, and many other factors too numerous to mention are thought to have an impact on our blood sugar.
Most all would agree that we must have a certain glucose level in our blood stream to survive, but how to maintain it at an optimum level is where much controversy comes in.
I will mention but a few helpful tips that come to mind, and will leave it to the readers to take some responsibility and choose those areas where their bodies most need help and assistance.
The delivery of balanced nutrients for the organs of digestion and metabolism would probably be a good place to begin. If one will provide an adequate amount of complex carbohydrates that contain a balance of nutrients needed by the organs involved, it is thought that most can avoid not only blood sugar problems, but also many other of the degenerative health problems we face in the industrialized world. Most fruits, vegetables and foods the way God made them in their organic unprocessed form will provide what our bodies need to maintain optimum health. If one could get a balance of nutrients needed by the body organs from the foods eaten or the liquids consumed that would allow blood glucose to be provided at an optimum level for the body cells, there would be far less associated health problems. However, with all of the nutrient deficient, processed, genetically altered, preserved foods that we consume, I am surprised that the body functions as well as it does. If we believe that we have a problem now, wait until the "soda pop, soft drink" generation grows up. (Statisticians tell us that Americans consume an average of 40 gallons of soft drinks per year) If one consumes complex carbohydrates the blood sugar tends to rise gradually so that the body organs can handle it quite efficiently. However, when one gives the body a steady diet of sugared drinks, pies cakes, cookies, candies, ice creams, gums, macaronis, spaghettis, breads and pastries from highly refined white flours, etc., the body organs cannot handle it and blood sugar problems result. These seem to deplete the body of nutrients needed to digest and metabolize the foods consumed and actually are said to wear the organs out.
So what can one do to help the body handle the complex problem of blood sugar metabolism and control?
-
Eat a diet that has a healthy amount of complex carbohydrates with each meal. Eat a frsh green salad with some flax seed on it to begin each meal.
-
Get a proper balance of Omega 6/Omega 3 oil in your diet. Eat cold salt water fish, meat from grass fed animals, and/or take DHA/EPA rich supplements daily (Most cooking oils, hydrogenated oils, fried foods, and meats are excessively high in Omega 6 oils)
-
Maintain optimum weight. Fat cells store and tie up insulin so cells cannot use blood glucose.
-
Eat foods slowly, chew well and avoid stress when eating. (Digestive organs need a chance to break down foods properly and adequately - give them a chance.)
-
Include fiber with every meal (Whole grains, raw vegetables. bran, etc.)
-
Limit the soft drinks of all types, both regular and diet (don't be duped into thinking that diet is better than the regular. The long term effects of the substitute chemicals may be more deadly than the sugars.)
-
Limit caffeinated drinks. Excessive caffeine is thought to stimulate the adrenals, liver and pancreas to raise blood sugar without food consumption.
Add a balance of nutritional supplements to your daily regimen to support the organs that digest and metabolize carbohydrates and sugars.
For healthy Blood Sugar levels one might try Diaxinol & Fenunol, and if weight is also a problem, one might add CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

CHOLESTEROL HEALTH
There seems to be a lot of confusion when we talk about cholesterol and the dangers it poses for our health today. Perhaps nothing has created more problems and caused the American public more expense and grief in their cardiovascular health than the attention given to cholesterol by the medical establishment and the food industry. It is believed by most in the "Health" field that one needs cholesterol to make hormones, to repair nerve tissue and to maintain nerve function. I would probably be more concerned over a low cholesterol count than I would over a high or elevated count.
In my opinion, the type of cholesterol that our livers produce is far more important than is the level of one’s cholesterol reading. HDL cholesterol (High Density Lipoprotein), considered by most to be good cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol (Low Density Lipoprotein), considered by most to be bad cholesterol, should be of greater interest to those desiring good cardiovascular health than is total cholesterol level. Apparently HDL cholesterol has a detergent like action in the blood stream that prevents the deposit of fats on one’s vessel walls. LDL cholesterol, on the other hand, seems to cause the deposit of fats on the vessel walls. It would appear that the HDL/LDL ratio and the amount of triglycerides in one’s blood stream is a better indicator of cardiovascular health than is one’s cholesterol count.
Since the liver produces the fats in our bloodstreams from the foods that we eat, it would seem reasonable that liver function and health along with our diet would play a big role in HDL/LDL ratios, triglyceride, and cholesterol levels. Exercise, stress, and the water one drinks also seem to be important factors in one’s cardiovascular health. There are quality nutritional supplements that are thought by many to help liver function, HDL/LDL ratios, triglyceride, and cholesterol levels. However, for one to expect nutritional supplements and/or medications and surgical procedures to provide cardiovascular health without addressing life style changes, including diet, is probably not possible. The drinking of 2 quarts of pure water daily, a daily walk for exercise, and a bit of stress management would provide benefit for most. Combine that with the addition of more fruits, vegetables and fiber in one’s diet and less refined, preserved and fried foods, and then perhaps a nutritional supplement or two may be of benefit.
For healthy Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and Triglyceride levels one might try Lipitrol, Triplichol with niacin, or Triplichol without niacin (dependent upon your needs) , and Fiber Plus.

CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
Some of the most feared and the number one cause of medical treatments and deaths in our nation involves the cardiovascular system. (Heart and circulatory system) More surgical procedures are performed, more medicines are prescribed, and more hospital visits are made for this and related problems today than perhaps any other. The dollars being spent for "prevention" and "research for answers" as to its cause by the government and the medical establishment if revealed would boggle the average persons' mind. Yet, the truth is, we are losing the battle and I fear unless the American people take some personal responsibility for their own health, there are few who will avoid some involvement with a cardiovascular specialist in their lifetime.
Let's list some of the supsected causes and see what we might do to help ourselves to at least slow the process of health deterioration down in our cardiovascular systems today:
High total serum cholesterol levels High serum triglyceride levels High LDL & VLDL cholesterol to HDL cholesterol ratios High homocysteine levels Mineral imbalance with magnesium deficiency High Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio in our bodies and in our diets Excessive stress in our daily lives High serum blood sugar levels Obesity Acid excess or an acid/base imbalance in our bodies Gum disease or gingivitiis Hypertension Nutritional deficiencies Toxin build up in our sytems Electro-magnetic energy imbalance or cat ion overload Heavy metal overload. Platelet stickiness or increased platelet aggregation index.
And the list goes on, etc.
The bottom line is "What can we do on a regular daily basis to help ourselves?"
-
One could eat more organic foods, or foods the way that God made them. The more that man tinkers with food the less food value it has, the more toxins it leaves behind when metabloized, and the more problems it causes when we eat it. I know that we are forced to eat out and to "catch what we can " because of our job schedules, but even then we can be more selective and less damaging dietarily. One can eliminate carbonated soft drinks and substitute with pure bottled water. One can eat salads with each meal and eat more baked or broiled salt water fish. One can eat meats from organically grown, grass fed animals and eliminate pork and shell fish from his/her diet. One can add healthy snacks such as organic carrots, celery sticks, broccoli, raw nuts, etc. in place of the usual pastries, candies and snacks fround in the average office setting.
-
One could eliminate tap water with all of its toxic chemicals, heavy metals, and other contaminants from usage both internally and externally. There are reverse osmosis units and steam distillers that can be installed in the home for convenience, or many chain stores have water purification systems that provide pure water inexpensively. (33 cents per gallon in our area) One can get a shower head filter to remove most of the toxic chemicals and minerals from bath water. Chlorinated water in swiiming pools, Jacuzzis, and saunas probably ought to be avoided as much as possible too.
-
One might try aerobic exercises daily to get blood circulating and the heart pumping more efficiently. (The heart rate or pulse rate probably should not exceed 180 minus one's age, and if one has any concerns about his or her heart health should not do so without the approval of a licensed cardiologist. An example for a 60 year old person would be 180 minus 60=120 beats per minute.) For many elderly, those obese and/or out of condition physically this would simply be walking, and if possible on a soft/grass surface in the sun for 15 minutes at a time. If you live in an area where there is a lot of trees/greenery, which is even better, since the oxygen level will be higher, try to exercise in the sun without glasses of any kind (especially sunglasses) since there is some evidence that direct sunlight to the eyes has some health benefits that glasses block.
- Decreasing stress as much as possible is thought to benefit cardiovascular health. One might try:
A. Relaxing more when eating by chewing thoroughly before swallowing B. Listening to mind relaxing, soul soothing music. C. Having a strong faith in Jesus Christ and a daily close walk with your God D. Helping others with their problems and go soul winning weekly to help others and to see what the world faces daily E. Taking time to count your blessings and to thank God for what you have F. Getting 7-9 hours of sound sleep each night G. Have a positive outlook on your life H. Seldom watch/listen to news by the media, or read their newspapers I. Join a friendly, up beat, New Testament, fundamental, Bible preaching, soul winning church and attend faithfully
5. Add some quality natural food supplement combinations to your daily regimen.
A. A balanced multiple in capsules, liquid or powder that has natural vitamin E as mixed Tocopherols & equal amounts of magnesium to calcium, or more magnesium than calcium. B. A nutrient combination that has Vitamins B6, B12, and Folic Acid to help keep Homocysteine levels low. C. Vitamin E as mixed Tocopherols. (No L-Alpha Tocopherols that are synthetic and made from petroleum) Dr. Wilfred Shute wrote a book entitled VITAMIN E AND THE HEALTH HEART in the 1950's and it is still applicable today. D. Get a supplement combination that has an amino acid-bioflavonoid combination to feed the heart. E. Take Vitamin C daily or eat adequate amounts of organic-fresh citrus fruit and/or organic fresh vegetables which contain Vitamin C. Most mammals can make their own Vitamin C, but man cannot and must get his through diet. F. CO enzyme Q10 or plenty of organ meats from organically raised animals. G. Organic cold pressed flax seed oil, DHA/EPA rich oils, or diets that regularly contain meats from organically raised-grass fed animals.
For a healthy Cardiovascular system, one might consider Cardimax, OrthOmega , Triplichol with niacin or Triplichol without niacin (dependent upon your needs) & Vascuzyme, Ortho Molecular products available on this website.

GASTROINSTESTINAL HEALTH
Perhaps no area of health is less attended to and more abused by Americans than is our digestive system or GI tract. If one cannot digest his/her foods properly, whatever is taken in through the mouth will not be made available for our metabolism and ultimately useful to the cells of our body. Most everything we consume by mouth must be broken down by the digestive system to be made available to the liver, which then converts it to a useable form for the cells of the body. (Very oversimplified) If the initial breakdown process is incomplete or flawed, it will affect each of the other processes down stream and the nutritional health of the entire body can, and often is adversely affected. If we pay more attention to digestion, we may be able to avoid some of the more perplexing health problems we face in the western world today.
Digestion begins in the mouth, so proper chewing of one's food would be a good start for many. With all of the stress of competition in our modern world, our desire to excel, and the emphasis on success at all cost, we have neglected good dietary habits, and the time necessary to properly digest the foods that we eat. Combine that with all of the refinement of our foods, the preservatives and additives that interfere with proper digestion and it is little wonder that we have gastrointestinal health issues.
The need for good oral health and good teeth for chewing would certainly seem like a logical beginning for optimum digestion. Adequate levels of hydrochloric acid in the stomach and digestive enzymes in the upper digestive tract should also help to insure proper digestion of one's food. Enough fiber in one's diet, adequate amounts of pure water daily and good healthy bacteria in the diet should help to insure a healthy colon or lower intestinal tract.
Taking time to relax, the eating of healthy-nutritional foods, and taking time to chew and digest those foods should go a long way toward helping one to have a healthy digestive system. If one does this, digestive health should be much better and the need for digestive support much less.
Some quality nutritional food supplements in this area from Health Evangelism Services, Inc. would include: Ortho Digestzyme, Mucosagen, Fiber Plus, and Ortho Biotic.

IMMUNE HEALTH
I Timothy 6:12 says "Fight the good fight of faith, ---". In II Timothy 4:2 Paul says "I have fought a good fight, ---". One who has never learned to fight, has never had to fight, or is too weak to fight will usually be a wash out and/or a flop spiritually as well as in many other areas of life. I am glad that I grew up in a generation where America had never lost a war and knew how to win when challenged to a fight. We never got into a battle of any sort without expecting to win. One of my favorite sayings is "show me a good loser and I’ll show you a loser." A child of God is one who by faith has trusted God’s eternal Son for everlasting/eternal life and that places us on the winning side for eternity. I always feel sorry for those who hope so, guess so, think so, but are not 100% certain of their eternal destiny. Jesus Christ fought and won that battle over sin, Satan, death and hell over 2000 years ago when He died on the cross, rose from the dead and ascended into heaven, where He ever lives to make intercession for His own at the Father’s right hand.
The Christian life is a constant battle of one’s flesh against the Holy Spirit of God, who came to live within the body of the child of God at salvation. No one loses the flesh when he/she gets saved, so the battle for supremacy and rule by each goes on for a lifetime. If one is eternally saved, then heaven is not determined by how one lives his/her life, but how much he/she will enjoy heaven will surely be affected by the life one lives in the flesh. A daily habit of yielding to God’s Holy Spirit and the winning of the daily battle over the flesh in every area of life determines victory, confidence, faith, and joy. You show me a miserable-hateful child of God, and I will show you one who is defeated spiritually and losing the daily battle against the flesh, the world, and the devil. (The three great enemies of a daily victorious Christian life) The devil wants one to get saved later (which leads to the land of never) and after one is eternally saved he does not want that child of God to live a daily victorious Christian life. Thus the daily battle rages in the life of every blood bought, eternally saved, child of God and in order to win one must feed, strengthen and protect the spiritual man while constantly yielding to the Holy Spirit of God.
A similar physical battle is fought in the body of every living soul by one’s immune system against the unseen microbial world. A weakness in one’s immune system, for whatever reason, can result in a loss of health, sickness, and ultimately death if allowed to progress for any length of time. The medical world is constantly trying to find new anti- microbials, but the fight ultimately depends on the immune health or competency of each individual. From inception until death the survival of each individual against infectious diseases and/or life threatening microbes depends upon a system that we seldom worry about until signs of weakness and failure occur, and then all too often, our efforts to strengthen and rebuild it are woefully inadequate and alarmingly weak. I fear that we have spent too much time and money killing the pathogenetic microbes instead of building and strengthening the bodies immune defenses to fight off pathogens.
In the athletic world, individuals and teams train and work to strengthen themselves against the "enemy" before entering into competition. They work both on offense and defense and usually the winner will be strong in both areas. Usually weaker opponents will be fought first and "weight training" and endurance exercises will be continued until stronger foes are engaged in battle or competition. The body’s immune system is little different and constant challenges to it and strengthening of it must go on if one is to fight off stronger, more pathologic enemies and survive as life progresses. The health of an expectant mother, the colostrum a new born get from mother’s breast milk, the healthy nutritious foods one eats through life, the many food supplements available, the happy environment in which one lives, the strong faith one has, along with exposure to weaker microbes that the body must fight off: all are believed to contribute to a healthy immune system as well as a healthy body. When life threatening infections and disease invade the body, it is usually a result of an immune weakness and/or breakdown that requires aggressive competent medical intervention with potent appropriate antimicrobials. Attention must then be again directed to the immune system and reestablishing it’s health and strength to prevent reoccurrence of the disease process and to reestablish optimum health to that body.
Since our bodies’ immune systems are constantly under attack in today’s "fast pace, stressful world," one must be ever mindful of immune health and the need to provide support daily. Such foods as yogurt, cottage cheese, buttermilk, and other fermented foods have been shown to help in this area. The addition of small amounts of local raw honey and/or bee pollen may also prove to be of benefit. The detoxifying of one’s body as well as the taking of good-hearty bacteria for the digestive tract is thought by most to benefit the immune system. (Acidophilus, Prodophilus, etc.) Of course cleanliness and good hygiene cannot hurt either.
There are a number of quality natural food supplements available from Health Evangelism Services that may be of benefit to the immune system: Ortho Biotic, Olive Leaf Extract, NK Stim and Paracid Forte to name just a few of the many Ortho Molecular Products available through this web site.
DETOXIFICATION
It seems that there is more being said about body detoxification and body cleansing in the health field than ever before. "The mainstream medical establishment", the alternative health practitioners, the health food stores, and the lay public have all decided that a toxic body cannot be made well or heal itself. Colon cleansing, liver detoxification programs, gall bladder flushes, herbal detoxification programs, and so many more that even many trained professionals in the field are often confused.
Most bodies would have little trouble handling the normal waste products of cellular metabolism, but with so many toxic chemicals and pollutants to which one is exposed on a regular daily basis, few if any would be toxin free. The fact that most bodies function as well as they do in such a toxic setting is nothing short of miraculous, and a tribute to it's designer and creator. Is it any wonder there are so many chronic health complaints and bodies that are functioning at less than an optimum level? Even with the many choices of detoxification programs available, many still fail to find relief or the body health for which they are seeking.
Detoxification at the cellular level is thought by most to be necessary for true body detoxification to take place. There is an IonCleanse available that is FDA approved, which is believed by many to detoxify the body at the cellular level and to provide the toxic body with the purification that it needs. More information can be obtained by calling (574)294-1340.
MEN'S HEALTH
Men seldom pay much attention to their health unless they have a problem or until it fails. Yet if one were to pin a man down he will admit that there are three or four areas of particular concern to him. One would be the prostate and/or loss of sex performance. A second would be the heart and/or circulation. The third would probably be memory loss or loss of mental faculties. There are more theories for each of these by medical experts than we have time or space to mention here and there are enough books and articles written about each to fill an enormous medical library.
However, the problems that men are experiencing in all of these areas continue to increase at an alarming rate and at a younger age, despite all of the attention being given to them. I am not sure that any combination of nutrients will allow the body to maintain optimum health in all of these areas, but a balance of quality nutritional food supplements along with some lifestyle changes could go a long way towards helping the body to do so. Proper amounts of pure water daily, the eating of more vegetables and/or fruits with each meal, and regular daily aerobic exercise along with a quality nutritional supplement program should give a body some help in its effort to maintain and remain healthy for as long as possible.
Health Evangelism Services, Inc. offers quality Ortho Molecular Products for men.
1. For the younger men who wish to maintain optimum health and who have no history of health problems, but are too busy to sort out what his body might need each day, Alpha Base Foundational Pak would probably be the best choice.
2. For the middle age and older man (45-50 & older), and/or the very active, over-stressed younger man who is too busy to slow down and sort out what his body needs, the Alpha Base Ultimate Pak would probably be the best choice.
3. Prostatrol Forte & InflammabLOX may be added for those with concerns about prostate health.
4. Cardimax & Cardio B may be added for those with cardio-vascular concerns.
5. Membrin & N-Acetyl Cysteine may be added for those with memory concerns
WOMEN'S HEALTH
Women's health is complex and/or complicated because of hormonal changes from one moment to the next. Constant exposure to chemicals that act like estrogens, many hormones in commercial meats and the lack of balanced nutrients in their diets cause most to be plagued with problems for which they cannot find answers. I am not sure there is a single answer, since each is different genetically, environmentally, psychologically, physiologically, etc. It would seem reasonable then that the body of each lady must be allowed to get her and/or keep her well. If given a balance of the proper quality nutrients and protected from any of the offending substances, theoretically she should be able to do that.
A quality multiple mineral and vitamin supplement would be a good place to begin. (Alpha Base with Iron by ORTHO MOLECULAR PRODUCTS or a quality multiple from the ladies supplement section in the local health food store) A quality food supplement for hormonal balance that contains herbal combinations for her particular need would be appropriate. (ORTHO MOLECULAR'S Balance for the menstruating lady or Femarin Classic for those experiencing menopausal changes or a suitable combination from the ladies section in the local health food store.)
Many ladies have had surgical procedures that cause them to be even more complicated in their efforts to be healthy and thus they have to learn what their bodies need all over again. I would urge each lady to become a health expert about her own body and when she finds what her body needs let no one interfere. Her health needs are unique to her and no one can know her like she does.
WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE FLU!
Flu season is upon us. What can we do to protect ourselves from infection by the flu virus? As we get older and as we become more toxic in the 21st century, we need to make sure that our immune systems have a chance to fight off whatever microbial infections that may come our way. The many "immunziations" and vaccinations which are supposed to protect us have in many ways, done just the opposite. They have caused our bodies not to have to fight off childhood diseases, that many of us were infected with routinely as children, and thus fail to build antibodies and/or immunities to more virulent and serious diseases later on in life. Those vaccinations also gave us toxic amounts of mercury under the guise of preservative and under the name of thymasol This heavy metal is not only neurotoxic, but could not be considered beneficial to our immune system and fight against disease.
What can we do to enhance our immune system? Probably the first line of defense would be the drinking of adequate amounts of pure water and/or freshly juiced vegetables & fruits, as well as organically grown herbal teas. Any of the following food supplements, such as N-Acetyl Cysteine, Colostrum, Olive Leaf Extract, NK-Stim, Ortho Biotic, Vitamin C, and even Natural E Mix Tocopherols can help strengthen our immune system.
What can we do to get the mercury and other heavy metals safely out of our bodies? The removal of mercury and other heavy metals can be a bit more difficult although not impossible. Such food supplements as Lipoic Acid, Fiber Plus, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Bentonite, Ortho DTX, and Vitamin C can all help, although the process will be gradual.
What can you do if you contract the flu? Such food supplements as Viracid, Garlic, Grapefruit seed extract, Sambucol (Elderberry extract), Vitamin C, along with plenty of fluids and rest can hasten recovery. If dehydration with fever and other life-threatening symptoms appear, it may be necessary to have intravenous fluids administered.
Many of the food supplements listed above may be found and purchased on this website.
